Spoilers for The Defenders # 1

Major spoilers for The Defenders # 1 by Matt Fraction and Terry Dodson 

The new book explores a new team which consists of old and new characters including Namor, Dr. Strange, Silver Surfer together with new additions such as Red Shulk and Iron Fist.

The Hulk calls in a favor to Dr. Strange following his recent separation from Bruce Banner and from his exorcising of the Serpent's Nul.

During their first mission after the core team has been assembled, Iron Fist Danny Rand gets shot at.

Plus we also find out who was responsible for gunning down Danny by the end of the issue. Looks like this is going to be a pretty exciting book. Can't wait to see the additional member for this new team.
